    Exclamation Fanuc OT spindle alarm - 408

    I have a turning center having Fanuc OT system, I am getting spindle serial link start alarm # 408 while I power up the machine & it's spindle amplifier display showing AL-12 alarm. I donot have spindle amplifier maint. manual to see AL-12 description. Please help me to solve my problem.

    The power devices in the spindle amplifier are shorted, after replacement the firing board should also be checked before powering up.
