    Vacuum fixture material

I currently use mdf for one-off large parts. For smaller repeat production parts, I machine dedicated, gasketed fixtures that go onto registration pins on the table. In the past, I have used expanded pvc sheet goods. This has gotten difficult to source and expensive.

Any thoughts on a readily available, stable material that won’t leak vacuum?
