    Aint plastic fun?The formula for feed rate is RPM X IPT X #of teeth.
    as far as IPT for pvc with a 1 inch carbide .005-.01.
    so at 6500 rpm with a 2 flute the feed would be 65.0-130.0 ipm.
    Most tool companys have lists of feeds and speeds, but its mostly in SFPM>
    RPM=SFPM X 3.82 / dia.

    1/2 inch carbide 4 flute emill finishing in low carbon steel.
    300 SFPM .003 IPT
    300 X 3.82 /.5 =2292rpm
    2292 X .003 X 4 = 27.504 ipm
