    lubrication watch dog alarm

    hi all.
    we have a SL-25MC machine .
    Sometimes a "EX0576 LUBRICATION WATCH DOG ALARM " error occurs .
    I checked the oil pressure sensor and it was correct. But there is still this problem.
    Can anyone help me?

    Sometimes there are several timers associated with the automatic lubricator in the ladder. The ladder is programmed in a way that will read the state of the pressure switch several seconds after the pump is turned off to identify a broken line. Sometimes the lubrication distribution valves will leak enough that they will allow full pressure to build up, but once the pump is turned off the pressure drops more rapidly than it should. Some symptoms are increased oil consumption and maybe one part of the machine getting way more oil than it should.
