I have a Zayer Machining centre, with a Fidia C1 Controller, The motherboard has broken down due to age and our technician fixed it. The machine does boot up now, but we are stuck on a error message "GENERAL FAILURE -CNC IS EITHER CRASHED OR OFF"

If anyone knows of Fidia specialists in AUS or NZ, any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I have the same problem, I have Fidia machine with fidia C1 controller, its been a week the error "General Failure - CNC is either crashed or off" is shown.
I need help badly
