I noticed there is a Ethernet connection
Can this be used to connect and load programs

Can you put a better pic of the control, is it a 2100 control. Go to more, config, options to see if you have the option.

Sebalj, Your picture shows a Ethernet Card plugged into the Acramatic A2100 CNC Control (PCA Processor Control Assembly)
It Needs to be set up in Windows-NT and can be used to upload and download: CNC Programs, Tool Data Offsets and the M1Y-xxxx-BCK MACHINE DATA PARAMETER files.
It the control Option for the Card has been Authorized in the Purchased Options it will talk directly to the Program directory.
This has NOTHING to do with the Siemens 611U Axes and Spindle Drives interfaced with the Profibus-DP (Purple Wires)
