I had the schematic out for PCNC 440 troubleshooting a problem that appears to be with the stepper driver board. I noticed a couple inaccuracies in the schematic. First, the schematic calls for a 48 VDC power supply, but looking at the actual power supply markings, it shows 24 VDC. The schematic also has the enclosure cooling fan connected directly to the 48VDC power supply, but the fan has 3 wires, not 2 as shown on the schematic. I didn't take the covers off the wireways to trace the fan wires, but I think they might go to the spindle VFD. Does this make sense?

You're looking at the wrong power supply. Open the panel on the back of the column.
