Having problem with monitor in our okuma OSP5020L controller . It start off with screen turning yellow after being on for a few hours and could reset by shutting down and startung back up untill a point screen was yellow all the time . After a bit of bacwards and forwards with diffrent comanys we got a new led screen from monitech in the US fitted perfect in controller but when we pluged in screen come on but no display. Has anyone had the same problem?
Thinking of looking in to a whole new controller, okuma want $12,000.00 plus. So thinking about converting to a diffrent controller all together. Has any one done this and if so what type did you change too

I'd say just to work with monitech to get it working. They should support what they sell. I think it's just settings on the display since it's pretty common to replace the CRT with an LED.

If they can't do it, then contact Invision @ 262-521-2000. They can probably help you out.

I installed a display from Monitech to replace the display on my 5020,,,,the instructions at that time left something to be desired. That was around 4 years ago, maybe the instructions still need updating? I did get mine working and it's been fine.

According to Monitech, they have a two year warranty and they will require a special adapter cable to adapt to the Okuma signals. Are you using that? They offer support for their products...call them.
