    MC28 Partner Operator Manuals

Our company just bought an American made Machine .

Now our only problem is getting some decent manuals concerning the machine itself, the Programming is fine because we use SurfCam and thats no problem but as for Info concerning Electrical and General Machine type stuff :withstupi That we do not have. Does anyone have a good link.:drowning:

Also I would appreciate some rigid tapping expertise.
    It's not that serious.

Congratulations! MC28? I have not heard of that model. Is it a lathe, knee mill, or machine center? How old is the machine? What controller does it have?

On some machines the manuals are inside the electrical cabinet door.

    Unhappy More Detail

Ok I apologise for the lack of detail in my last post.

What we have here is a Machining centre Which is Obsolete i think
But the Serial plate says its a:

MC 28 Partner Machine series J.

I was told 1998 Model but cannot be sure of that.

The controls are the Centurion V 5.32p.

I have an idea that the Centurion controller was probably updated to that version in 1998 but the machine proper is quite a bit older. For instance in the folder which came from the previous owner i found a Fax which is dated 1997 concerning the update to the new controller.

We have run some Jobs on it and it is a great machine holding reasonable tolerance for an older machine. +/-.0005 inch
The serial plate also says it is 3 phase 230 volt 50/60Htz
    It's not that serious.

Contact Milltronics. Their parts and service department is excellent.
Also, do a web search or an Ebay search for machine manuals. There are great deal of people who sell original and copied manuals for less money
    than the OEM.
    Good luck
