[rube bonet]

I recently acquired this cnc lathe, and I have no idea how to use it. I run a a small fab shop (offroad), have used small manual lathes and mills (I use a jet 13x40 and bridgeport mill daily), but have never used a cnc controlled machine. Any suggestions on how to get started? I am pretty used to used to immersing myself in a new machine, researching and "figgering it out", but this seems a little over my head. I realize this is a vague questions, but any helpfult ips on how to get started would be appreciated.
