SPLASH GUARD DOOR MUST BE OPENED WHEN THE TOOL UNCLAMP OPERATION IS DOING IN MANUAL MODE.

Has anyone ever dealt with this alarm as I've never seen it?

It is coming up randomly (parts catcher, tool changes), popped up during a program out of no where.

I can clear it but comes back up later on, does not interrupt or stop program.

Everything seems normal and nothing has been pressed that it shouldn't have (as far as I'm aware).

Any ideas?

OK.
It shouldn't come up during automatic operation.
Make sure that none of the ATC switches are in manual mode, including the manual ATC release button.
Make sure the ATC door is fully closed as well.
