Apologies if it's a wrong thread.

I need help with the above thread type - Tr48x6. Can't find anywhere any specs telling me exactly what's the major & minor diameter size for internal & external thread, or drill size.
Found a list of standard ISO trapezoidal threads, but Tr48x6 is not there, so I'm assuming it's not a standard thread type.

Anyone able to help please ?

Looks like a worm gear...
Find the next closest with the same pitch.... then add the difference to each value
ie. Tr46x6.... difference is 2, so add 2 to each min/max spec value.

Try finding a lower size, as the tolerance values would be tighter

Remember to look for the 7H class to find the correct min/max values

Might pay to actually make an external one (easier to measure), so you then check your internal cutting with mote confidence of it being right.
