    Grunblau Platform HIWIN rail mod help

    Greetings. I've got a line on a used Platform, am looking for sourcing and feedback for the HIWIN rail modification. What did the mod cost folks? Are the cut files and parts list available? For those of you who have performed the mod, how would you characterize the performance change?

    A follow up- I've notice that many original Y axis steel frame/rails suffer from corrosion and what may be less-than-perfect powder coating succumbing to the ravages of time. I wonder if any users have noticed rail corrosion translating to tool position and surface finish flaws?
