Hello, in changing my Chinese routers control over to linux cnc i ran into an issue with homing. While the limit switches are provided with 24v power from the controller they output only 12.6v when not triped.
Unfortunately this is below the 60% voltage necessary to active and input on the 7i76 I am using. The wiring for the switches appears to go straight from the controller to the switches with no interruptions. The switches are TL-Q5MC1 models. I looked at the data sheet however I couldn't find any mention of voltage step down.
I have already thought of using analog inputs on the controller or using a buck booster however both of these feel like inelegant solutions. Am i missing some info on the proximity switches or could there be something else going on?
