Sometimes our niigata horizontal machine center with fanuc 15m control enters single block mid program. Any ideas what might cause something like this? It usually happens when the machine is working at around X+500. Turning the table (B) a degree and back usually fixes the issue, until the next pass. Then all of a sudden the problem is gone, only to come back the next day

It's not the door switch, all lube levels are fine and it's not the programming as the same program works fine if u run it X-

Next time that it happens check in the ladder G4.3 (W-Search) and see what conditions bring this coil on. This is the "Single Block" address. When this turns on it puts you into single block mode.
