I have been doing a lot of cabinet panels cuts on a CNC with a vacuum. Most cuts are with a 3/8 compression bit doing full passes in 3/4 plywood. For my dust collection, I have to cut the port by about 1/2 or it is too strong and will suck the bristles inside.

Cleaning up the bed between passes is still fairly time consuming as there is just too much to blow off with an air hose. Just trying to gauge whether cleaning up a lot between sheet is typical or if there is something wrong in my setup? Any tips / tricks?
