    Lightbulb PlenetCNC mk3/4 not booting

    Hi there,
    I have an issue with a PlanetCNC MK3/4 control board that is not willing to boot anymore... The CNC was working fine for a few month and then our client couldn't use his machine for a few month (medical reasons. When he came back to the machine the App couldn't find the board anymore.

    In File-Settings-Connection I can only find the bootloader but not the board itself.

    Tried the manual boot procedure from youtube, didn't work either.

    Does anyone has an idea? It has happened twice in 1 month (different customers)...

    A while back all boards lost ability, you need to update the software from Planet. It was relatively painless process.

    Which bootloader? V1 perhaps? Is it possible to get screenshot of File/Settings/Connection?
