Hello everyone

i have osp-u100m machine and suddenly i got error msg:

5427 DNC-DT Program select error 80000099 and when I checked the control I found a noise coming from the hard disk case and the LED turned into red and buzz started to make noise

does anyone know the solution for this problem ?

HDD may have a bad block or worn out bearings. so if possible turn and run the HDD upside down to use top bearings, until you get the HDD replaced

Thanks for replying can you explain to me how can i do it? because now I can only get one LED on and the other turn on for a few seconds and turned off again as shown in the pic. i did a test over my computer by connecting HDD and it look fine and working

one more hint, I got other HDDs but the machine cant detect them is it a reason for initialization?

Similar to the one in the attached picture. but i have RAID Drive 1 and Drive 2 total around 5 or 4 GB
