Hello Everyone,

Im in very serious trouble, I need your help.
Few days ago my SRAM deleted, but somehow i run my machine NC controller.

now my NC conroller turns on, but show nothing information of axes. On Servo Amplifiers "U" is displayed.
Maintenance Information is deleted from machine,
Illegal Current Loop alarm displayed for all 3 axis.

Now, i need your help.
My Machine is FANUC Robodrill D14Si-B5 equipped with Fanuc 31i-B5 controller.

My some screens are not displayed, i checked parameters, parameters are ok.

FSSB screen, SV.PRM, SP.PRM and many screens are not displayed. these screens are enabled by parameter

i also checked parameter 1902.

please provide me Fanuc 31i, Parameters, Maintenance Info, PMC files. all files.

There's a backup (FROM) on the restore menu on iHMI

Hi, i restored, but my nc controller doesnt display any information of Axis, My machine Mdel is 2012, the backup was saved of 2013.

Anyone have complete files or machine backup. Please Share.
