Hi everybody,

We have a VMC (Ekkon Sigma Mission 1P), Machine was working fine untill we switched off at night, next day when we boot up. Machine starts with MDI as usual and when Emergency released goes to JOG mode, all axis working in Jog mode. But Mode is not changing from JOG to any other MODE. Machine it stuck in JOG mode, the output from the FANUC Operator's Panel are shown in the Diagnostic as we press any key.

Does anyone have clue what the problem could be?

We have Access to the ladder, But We don't know what is the problem and where to check it.

We are having backup of the machine. But, backup can't able to restored in MDI or JOG mode. We checked Parameters manually.

i would start by looking in the ladder for the signals of G122
According to this diagram you have to check in the ladder how is enalbed G122.0,G122.1 and G122.2

Our machine is started working their was a input missing X21.7 this could be edit mode key. Then I bypassed the switch and it started working.
