    Fanuc pulse coder pinout?

    Hello!

I have a problem with Fanuc servo motor's pulse coder.
Can anyone tell what means these pins in pulse coder?

    PIN
    14 O ( or 0 ) - I think it's GND
    13 +5 - That's easy, don't even tell
    12 A - A-channel?
    11 A* - second interlaced pulse for A?
    10 B - B-channel?
    9 B* -
8 Z - Zero or home, why two?
    7 Z*
6 C1 - These are four C's somekind absolute counter?
    5 C2 - Bits for what?
    4 C4 -
    3 C8 -
    2 +5
    1 O

Pulse coder type is A860-0304-T112 2500P.
Servo is about 1kw from '80.

The A & /A etc are the same signal complemented, this is the noise prevention feature of a differential encoder, There is only one zero pulse or reference, just complemented as the others.
The C1~C8 are AC motor comutation pulses these output a binary pattern based on the position of the armature.
