Hi. Im operating an Amada Alpha III laser and the control is displaying a chill flow alarm after changing the filter, cleaning the strainer, and making sure the water levels were good any tips?

Could be an air lock, try bleeding the air or priming the pump.

it seemed that the impeller in the digital flow switch got jammed with something and wasn't spinning. after reassembling it the alarm cleared

Probably a bit of debris from your service work of the system. Sometimes components fur up when exposed to atmosphere too.
