    tesla

    currently designing my own tesla turbine wondering how too attach the disks to the shaft
    ignore the spelling mistake

    One of my designs I was going to have the disk and washers cut out on the water jet to fit a drive shaft with two opposing sides machined away. The drive shaft would have been threaded and clamped down with a bolt. I would have put some kind of machine screw or something through the washer ends rather than rivets.
