    Thinking about the elbow engine

Was thinking about building one. I want to continue to build my 2 cylinder IC engine, which has been on hold for a while due to too much other stuff going on. I thought this might be a good distraction to get me back out to the shop. I modeled it in 3D. It's based on some plans available for download, but with some changes made to suit available materials.

it is over 17 years old now. never finished making the flywheel for it. I think I had gotten the plans out of an old popular mechanics (from the 60s iirc).

Expect a lot of sleepless nights as you try to set it up to run.
