have never seen this machine, have never seen this alarm. What do You get after "i" stroke?
    I would check:
    1. A- axis encoder data (DIFF)
    2. A- axis encoder zeroo settings
    3. A- axis clamp device

I've seen that alarm on a MX with a 7000. It was a clamp/unclamp prox switch on the 4th/5th axis.

The clamp confirm switch will be located inside your A axis unit. There should be a manual for the unit probably in the back of the machine in the electrical cabinet door. This is not an Okuma unit. If this is a P200 control then this is a new machine and it should be back there. I am pretty sure that it is hyd in nature. Take the appropriate covers off and you can actuate the clamping and watch the switches. It may be simply an adj or bad switch. You should be able to pull up the input on the IO screen to watch the input being made. This input may be in the option electrical for the machine if you can't find it in the main prints.
