    Question Yaskawa Inverter Problem

    I have a Yaskawa inverter(Varispeed 626VM3 CIMR-VM2018) in a CNC machine and i got an error code F603(power frequency error-excessive power frequency deviation [+/- 5%] ). What may have caused this problem? How can i fix it?

    You probably have a problem with your cpu board.
