I am running from the VFD not the computer or Mach 3

Honestly this thing is driving me nuts.. One thing that I have seen on these YouTube videos is that when they change a value and press set the screen displays END mine does not display that

Sometimes they don't display End, but go back and check the Parameter to see if it has set to what you have input, you may have to do a Full Drive Reset and then install all the Parameters again I will give you a full set to install.

I just saw you spindle is water cooled spindle, so why are you using 133.33 as a minimum speed setting, 100 to 120 is the norm for any water cooled spindle.

I have been trying to get my VFD up and running properly for several weeks. Thanks to automationtechinc I can now operate the spindle at any speed. This guy is absolutely amazing. That is what I said in the Posts, it should only take 5/10min to Program one of these VFD drives.

You should share / post what you were doing wrong so it can help others, John uses my Parameter list. it is what they have on their web site.

PD003=230 this is what the KeyPad uses for the spindle speed, having it at 230 will only give you just over half max RPM from the Keypad.

PD015=112 Deceleration This is ridiculous, this is giving the spindle 112 seconds to stop most use 3 to 8 seconds

PD144=3000 this needs to be 3000 this unlocks the Drive to give you max RPM of 24,000 RPM

I guess you did a Reset because there is nothing special about these settings, I'm sure if this is working correctly, you are going to have some trouble down the road, you sure you have a genuine HY VFD Drive

John should be not giving people these numbers as they are incorrect

PD000=0 ( 1 For Parameter Lock )

PD001=0 (1 For Remote Control)

PD002=0 ( 1 For 0-10v Terminal Control or Remote Trim Pot Control )
( J1 Also Needs to be set for Remote Terminal Control 1-2 jumper connection )

PD004=400

PD005=400

PD006=260

PD007=20

PD008=120 ( 110v Motor Rated Voltage Max 120v )

PD009=78

PD010=6

PD011=120

PD013= 08 is for Factory reset, Only use this to set VFD to Factory Default Settings

PD014 Acceleration=8 ( Adjust to suit)

PD015 Deceleration=8 (Adjust to suit)

PD023=0 ( Forward Run Only )

PD041=8 ( Carrier Frequency up to 10 Max for these Spindle motors)

PD120=100 ( Stall Prevention )

PD141=120 ( 110v Motor Rated Voltage Max 120v )

PD142=7 ( 7A Motor Max Amps 1.5Kw )

PD143=2 ( Motor Number of Poles)

PD144=3000 (Max Motor RPM) 3,000= (24,000)

PD070=0 ( This may need to be set to 1 if Control Voltage is 0-5v or for Pot use )

I'm not sure who got it wrong but there are a lot of incorrect Parameters in what he listed.

PD144 should never be 2600 if you have a 24000 RPM spindle, this is part of setting the motor name plate Parameters.

PD144=2600 is incorrect information for his spindle

Read and understand what he posted; this was nothing to do with what you posted! which had many incorrect settings.

No, I wanted to see what got you going, because this is helpful for others, you have a very twisted mind set to think it was for any other reason

You ended up with all the same Parameters as what you had before, so we still don't know for sure what you had wrong.

I Have No issue with John as I have already said, they have and use my Parameter lists on their web site.
