Fanucu parameter for changing rapid speed

Good morning I have a little problem with my Victor
    VTurn 36
    1998
    Fanuc Series O-T
    0669-07
    Servo: 9046-09
    PMC: OLSP-1

Can someone know what i must change in parameters.
Problem is when i use knob from rapid feed when i setup on 0% machine should stop but still going in Z and X 398-401mm/min and this is not rhigt because should stay stopped.
Knob is ok because feed is changed
    Rapid Z X
    0% 398 401mm/min
    25% 3750 3000mm/min
    50% 7500 6000mm/min
    100% 15000 12000mm/min

All solutions which i found is for new Fanuc and this one don't have so much parameters numbers. Even if i do Rapid and Work feed on 0% machine stil slowly going till see in program G1 then stop because on work feed when knob is on 0% and is ok

I too, have O series control where 0% is not zero, it is about 1% of actual rapid rate....

The only way, to have a "zero" rate, would be to use "dry run" which uses feedrate override control which does go down to zero, the downside is the maximum override rate is a lot, lot less than the machine's rapid rate.

    0393 bit 5 STOVO
1: Feedrate override 0% stops rapid traverse
0: Feedrate override 0% does not influence rapid traverse
