What exactly are You searching for? Almost everything needed are there. Same applies also for electrical circuit diagrams- they are available for free if You search. One thing to keep in mind is that some particular information (for OKUMA especially) could be found on completely different machine type manual (CNC system side, special functions, settings e.t.c.). Everything else is broadly described here on forums.

    Hi
My machine has a spindle drive problem so I think I find a way from maintenance manual to get me out of this trouble.

There is no such detailed information on spindle drive troubleshooting in Okuma machine service books. You should look in spindle drive manual (Yaskawa Varispeed MT2 if I remember). Manual can be found here: https://www.yaskawa.com/downloads/se...m=SIE-S626-1.1 . However a typical spindle drive problems and what to look at were described in Your earlier posts- also take a look there. It should give You an idea where to start at.

You have mentioned in one of topics that Your machine shows alarm 558- have You solved that? Because of this (I have answered on that topic) You cannot start the spindle.

    Re: Okuma mc-4va maintenance manual

    Yes I tried.
    Let me tell every thing.
The machine spindle drive sometimes got the OC alarm.I suspected about the igbts so I decided to change the igbts together after the replacement I have got this issue. (I just changed the igbts places I haven't purchased new ones)

oh, I see now. It is better to use new IGBT's of course. There is one close to end in case of overcurrent for sure. check for instance at "Infineon" They produce replacement IGBT's of Fuji and others. And, of course it's better to replace all at once.
