Seeking Opinions on LYCNC 6090L for Woodworking

    Greetings,

I am interested in purchasing the LYCNC 6090L machine for my woodworking workshop, and I would appreciate any feedback on this particular model. I am specifically considering the 2.2kW, 4 Axis USB Port version, although I am also contemplating replacing the controller with UCCNC.

As I will be working primarily with hardwood, I am hoping to achieve high speeds with this machine. I plan to use it for 8 hours a day, but I am also working within a budget.

If you have any experience using this model or have any insights on its strengths and weaknesses, I would be grateful for your input. Additionally, if you have any advice on how to achieve high-speed results with hardwood or suggestions for alternative models, I would welcome that as well.

Thank you for your time and expertise.

Normal 690 cnc is 3 axis ball screw cnc . it have a better accruacy than XY helical rack ,have a lower speed than XY heilical rack cnc.
4 axis USB , do you want to add 1 pcs rotary ,then 4 axis 4 linkage ? control system can be Mach3 4 axis card .
High speed ?it depend on machine ,cutting one pass depth , tool quality , solid wood type etc ?

How about add me whatsapp +8618560201508 ,supply some optional advice

Check some cnc feedback from my end user

Just unboxed! 3 axis and LPT. ...old fashion, you know...

No CD. Inside control box cheap breakout board and drivers. And VFD of course. But it seems pretty decent frame and other mechanics...
