I have a router with two tables and two heads.The y and Z are flipped.Left head is V,Right is Y ( All coorordinates are from the Y router.The table left is z, right is Z. and the gantry is X.
We replaced the servos to the X,z,Z. A previous employee had figured out the proper multiplier/divider in the parameters, but he qiut and changed these figures.We have gotten the two tables to move together. But sizes are NOT coming out right and a circle comes out more like an egg.

Does anyone know how to bring these back in? Is there a formula to use, to get the mul/div. where they need to be?

I would suggest you program a 4 in square, so you can measure it with calipers.

Measure the square that the machine cut. If it measures 4.5 x 5 inches then is too big.

4.0/4.5 = .88888

Take your existing parameter and multiply it by .8888 to get new value and stuff that into the controller. Or it may be the inverse of .8888 4.5/4
= 1.25.

Repeat test, in one or two tries you will have a perfectly calibrated machine.

A four inch square is easy to measure with a six inch caliper and doesn't waste any material.
