What is your spindle and is it driven with a VFD Drive, normally this is programed in your VFD Drive if you are using one.

The PWM 0-10v Analog output is used for speed control, not for any kind of ramping up to speed.

Sorry if I was too brief, I'll try to explain better. I'm fixing an old 90's lathe, and I'd like to keep its original spindle motor and driver. The original driver regulated the speed via a 10K potentiometer, max volts 6.4 = 4500RPM at zero ohms. I have already wired this input with the suitably regulated 0-10V Outputboard, and everything works correctly, the speed is handled by the MK3/4 controller correctly. The problem is that the original driver created the acceleration ramp using the voltage used by the trimmer, following the start impulse the voltage supplied to the trimmer passes from 0 to 6.4V according to the ramp set in the driver. Having replaced this voltage with the Outputboard output, I should be able to create the same ramp, and not have the voltage required by the speed immediately, but precisely via the acceleration ramp.
