    Error message on surfcam 2019

    Hi expert,
    I am trying to learn on how to use surfam.
    I have installed it sucessfully but I am getting this error message when I click on restore defaults or on any default buttons.
    Please help me if I did something wrong during the installation.

    It appears that the Firebird software and ODBC were not installed or were uninstalled.
    I recommend you uninstall Surfcam and all Firebird items and then reinstall.

    Thank you for your respond.
    It is working now after reinstalling the Surfcam standard 2019, but I am getting another error when I am opening a file from Solidwork.
    Please check the attached screenshot.
