I did work on it fanuc power mate D , for SRAM BACKUP you need Fujitsu 1 mb flash card & i have procedure how to take backup & restore it in Power Mate D.

Thank you very much for reply,I interested creat backup with pc software with connecting to rs232 (jd5)port in my workshop (only 24v power supply connected to powemate and cable to connect pc to powermate).can you tell me how do I?
