    I need help with the hard disk for cincinnati hawk 150 lathe with acramatic 2100 drives kollmorgen . see attach pic

    A2100 Tech Support will need your
    Machine Serial #: 70xx-A0x-yyyy
    Control Serial #: 51-A21001Y-xxxxx
    Did you get a .BCK file (Machine Data Parameter File) on a Floppy or CD with the machine; or ever make a .BCK file to save off the machine?
