Need help with error code on MC-4VA 201-X Alarm A Servo Amp 2E6 X axis

Hi. I recently purchased this 1989 MC-4VA and have run into an issue with the X axis.
On startup, it shows the error code 201-X Alarm A Servo Amp 2E6 on the X axis.
It tripped the breaker on the board one time, but not always.
We used a megger to check the motor windings and wiring, but it tested fine.
I am getting an error LED as shown on the drive.
Can anyone tell me what this alarm code and LED means and how to troubleshoot?
    Many thanks!!!

The X axis servo driver should be broken.
You can swap a driver from other axis to confirm it.

As previously mentioned problem is with X axis servo driver. On BL-D**A board I see that red "VR" LED is lit on- from manuals it means that there is a problem with SVC-A board (top one). First check if the fuses are ok (they are located near connectors CN2 and CN3). If they are burnt it could be a sign that base unit transistor drivers are bad and should be replaced. Another things to check- base unit transistor module, and all electrolythic capacitors on driver.
