NOVUM IT Ltd is a Hungarian development team that has been dealing with developments related to CNC technology for several decades.
Our main product is the NOVUM CNC simulator family, many of which operate worldwide, and our customers are satisfied with them, because they are made exactly to their needs, and many of the services have been developed based on the specifications of our customers.
A brief description of these
- Fully realistic display of all machine tool components, accessories and tools. The kinematics of large and highly complex machine tools are also accurately simulated.
- Our software is able to interpret the complete set of instructions for the most common modern controls, but we also undertake custom simulator development for other controls within a short development time. Control subroutines, macros, cycles, frames, user subroutines, machine tool subroutines are exactly simulated, including PLC emulation.
- Importing solid models of complex parts, placing the part and the clamping in the machine tool workspace
- A completely realistic representation of the cutting on this solid model and / or a line display of the tool paths. Fast simulation of tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, or more than a million NC blocks.
- A wide range of milling and turning tools can be simulated
- Complete collision testing, end limit switch monitoring
- Measurement and dimensioning on the solid model of the finished workpiece, the results of which are part of the technological documentation
