    45 degree problem

    Hi friends,
I have a big problem, the quality of the surface finish at 45 degrees is extremely bad, the resolvers and tachos are new , but apparently the axis numbers become similar with a delay and lag.
    What could be the problem?

...go into SETP at Comman Line...hit the Space Bar twice and on page3 go to AXIS DISPLAY and set to ERR.

    then run this Service Program
    O5811-Balance should be Inch:BALLSCREW 595, Metric BALLSCREW 700ipm: 302

    It makes no difference!
In addition, Fadal's eprom program is wrong. The correct number for the metric ballscrew is 595 ! not 302

    Re: 45 degree problem

Axis thrust bearings are a common wear item on Fadals. The first evidence is usually quadrant lines during circular interpolation. It can also express as less than great finishes during angular moves.
