Hi Guys

I have a DMG 635V (Haiden Hain ITNC 530) and when spindle is locked in the position, its not locked well and it can be rotated. Also when I want to start the spindle to rotate the controller would be restarted and save the service file.
We have changed the IGBT of the driver and not working again.
the Error that will be stored on the service file is mentioned below but we have checked the wiring of the Spindle motor there is no evidence that wiring is not ok. Also I have checked the cooling section of the spindle for leakage, and there was no leakage over there as well.

Please help me the machine is not running for an almost 3 months.

Hi is your machine with Heidenhain drives or Siemens drives?

I suggest changing your spindle drive and seeing if it works
