We were getting occasional turret rotate failure alarms but it was working fine otherwise until now. When attempting the tool change the turret moves out to the unlock position with the air piston but will not rotate. We have removed the motor assembly and it turns fine but the turret itself is very difficult to turn even by hand. The air pressure is sufficient and the solenoids appear to be working properly. The machine is a 2010 with only about 50 cutting hours on it. Any input would be appreciated.

Here are pics of the turret, parts diagram and parts list.
HAAS HFO Tampa suggested putting some oil in the air lines to lube up the o-ring seals.

The switch has no adjustment but it doesn't seem to have any problems either.
The turret itself is hard to spin manually even with the motor removed and power off.

Was hoping to find someone who has taken this turret apart before and maybe changed the piston seals.
