Been struggling trying to find a solve the tool change arm is locked in line with the spindle and will not move. Looked in our owners manual for answers but turns out we are missing half of the book so wasn’t able to find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

The control is waiting for a prox switch input to the control. I assume the arm is stuck at 45 degrees. Use a 12mm socket on top of the motor to back off the arm to a straight position. watch for the red LED lights on the prox switches under the plastic cover on the tool changer.
Might have a bad prox switch or possible the rectifier on the arm motor is not pulling the motor brake off
