X Servo motor power and comunication cables

I do some work at a company in Ontario Canada
Running a 1996 Arrow 500. The X servo motor started making noise while moving.
Several years ago (before my time) I found out they I assume had same issue. They had a service guy in and they spliced in a new cable
I am waiting for a price on new cables from Fives
Not sure yet what the cost will be.
My question is if I need to get cables made is there a wiring diagram available?

    Thanks

Sebalj, The Control Diagram number on the backplate of the electrical cabinet has a detailed pinout of the cable; but you would have to reverse engineer the
Plugs and cable type and lengths. The OEM Cable print is proprietary and not available to the public.
