    Mach3 Slave Axis

Got a new to me CNC Router. The computer that came with it was obviously not the one running it or there was a piece missing. it was a Win7 machine 64 bit connected via parallel. (and ports and pins were way off.) anyway I added a warp9 and have it moving, for the most part.
This is my first machine with dual motors on Y axis. Anyway I can't get the Y to move together. seems like motors are moving opposite. If I disable Y, A axis moves fine, if I disable A, Y axis moves fine. When both enabled, and Slave A to Y enabled it tries to twist. I checked all the step and Dir pins and they are right (they move fine independantly, but not together. any assistance would be appreciated.

Try changing the Direction Active Low for one of the two.
