    Question Fanuc Series 18-M Alarm Message

    When I turn on my Daewoo DMV-500, I get an alarm message:

    401 Servo Alarm : X Axis VRDY Off
    401 Servo Alarm : Y Axis VRDY Off
    401 Servo Alarm : Z Axis VRDY Off

    I also get the Operator Message:

    Mo. 2079 Tool Magazine Synchro Malfunction

    I have checked all prox. switches and limit switches. All of the servo amplifiers are working. The machine is in-operable, and won't move. The previous manager did a hard shutdown of the machine, and didn't turn off controls first. This is when the alarms occurred.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
