need experts help, I purchased a preowned 2007 Mori Seiki Lathe with MSX-504III controller, its interface in Frensh .
any expert can help me to change the language to English.

can you say what type of controller you havr? 16i/18i/21i/30i/31i ?
if not you can find the serial number of the CNC on the back of the monitor

Take a look in your parameter book. If I remember correctly, you should find what you need around #9924.#

unfortunately, Machine without manuals or any book, this is what makes it harder to manage it

I checked parameter 3102 all bits are set to 0, hence most of the interface screens still in Frensh.
any suggestions

that is not Fanuc parameter problem,is a custom menu made by DMG Mori so must be in the settings of the special menu.If you are not seeying it on menu you need a password from DMG for special acces

Unfortunately, DMG Mori are not cooperating, they are not willing to support. I approach DMG Mori France, DMG Mori NL and DMG Mori ME. no one wants to help me even i send Email to Mother company in Japan, What Only I've got from them check with the local dealer. Whom do not want to help.

What a Bad service They Have in DMG Mori. Any one Ask about their service or service quality should expect nothing and His money Lost. it's simple as that.
