    4020 all axis fault??

On initial power up wherever the selector knob is for jog, X,Y or Z it gives an alarm. If you move the selector to a different axis it will alarm out that axis. Screen message amplifier fault. Point my in a direction please.

    check power supply voltage
    12v and 5v
    input 120v ac
check jumpers on transformer for correct output voltage
check blue capacitor voltage between 125to160
vdc depend on type of transformer
check fuse f17 and k1 relay
and finaly reset motor overload relay on amps chassis
