    haas tl1 constant ss

    hi all

    I have a old haas tl1 2004. How do I turn on constant cc. see pic whit red marking

    Turn on Constant Surface Speed:
    G50 S1500 (Clamps the max rpm to no more than 1500 RPM)
    G96 S400 (Sets SFM to 400)
    M3 (turns on spindle)

    To cancel CSS:
    G97 S1000 (Cancels Constant Surface Speed and sets RPM to 1000)
    M3 (turns on spindle)
