    Miyano C axis with chamfering

    Hi everyone ,

    I have a miyano lathe with c and Y axis. However I cant use C axis with "C" chamfering command. ;

    X42 C2; ( when parameter CCR open)
    z-20 ;

    When I write this You cant use C when you dont activate C axis mode (waiting M13)

    I heard , I must use "," somewhere but where ? Do you have any ideas ?

    Thanks

    Try X42,C2.
    Z-20.

    If using "chamfering and corner rounding," set CCR to 0 and use I-K method.

    I have a detailed answer, but the server is not allowing to post it. Don't know why.

    Some potential issues might be attachment related (oversize) or (improper file type); sometimes including email addresses bumps a message into 'moderated' status.

    I'd troubleshoot this by just posting text, then if that works edit it to add attachments one at a time. Or add more in successive posts.

    If you can't post the text alone, there could possibly be some special character in there causing the problem. Send me a PM and I will reply with my email address. Then email me the content of your message and I will find the issue.

    It was a copied text from the Word file of one of my books. IIRC, the server was throwing Error 503.
    Maybe I did something wrong. Will be more careful next time.

    So, the special character was not the issue.
    Possibly, some specific format caused the problem. Or, maybe, some temporary issue with the site.
    If I face this problem again, I will pm you.
