I have a new part that I’m making out of 6061 aluminum round stock. It calls for a 53-415 M style bottle thread. This part will be turned on a cnc lathe.

My question.

Does someone make an insert to cut this thread?

That is a new one for me! I checked and couldn't find any stock inserts for this 6TPI Modified Buttress Thread. It looks like you need to take a buttress threading bar or insert and have your tool grinder modify it to the Modified Buttress Thread you need, here are links that list the specs:
