Power suply FANUC O-T A16B-1212-0100/08A this power supply starts up later every day.
Today it started in 5 hours.
The capacitors look normal
ON-OFF buttons work
When turned ON, the red LED lights up.
As soon as it turns on, it works without errors and you can turn it on and off and the red LED does not light up
Supply voltage standard 200 volts
Fuses don't blow
I'm thinking about how to localize the problem!!!
Maybe YOU have some ideas!

I would turn the machine on, and start tapping the PCB with an insulated tool, and see if it starts up immediately. I’ve seen broken resistors that would cause failures like this (although not on this specific power supply). Also, if you can get at the back of the PCB, look at all the solder junctions and see if there is any cracking.

The CNC was not turned off for a week.
Only the drive was turned off.
The machine worked without problems.
On weekends you need to turn everything off.
And after 20 minutes the power supply did not start.
On Monday I'll check for cracks and tap with an insulated tool.
And I will measure
voltage when turned on at control points.

You can buy one off Ebay for ~$150 shipped; just replace it.

We have similar problem with A16B-1212-0100/06A power supply. There are lot of secondhand A16B-1212-0100 but /06A is quite rare, can we but some other for example A16B-1212-0100/020A

Control is Fanuc O-TT and machine is Star KNC-20.
